Important Notes:

In order to use an IP camera, it must have it's IP address adjusted to be compatible with your router. If you would like, we can pre-program the IP address to be compatible with your router before shipping. We recommend this especially if you are not very familiar with networking and adjusting IP Addresses, Subnet Masks and Default Gateways. These settings can be very confusing to those who are not network-savy and it's easier for us to pre-program it for you before shipping than it is to try helping you configure these settings after you receive it. You may also need to open ports and adjust some settings on your router. We can try to help you with this, although in many cases you may need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for assistance. Please message us to discuss what information we will need to get you set up. For those who are network-savy, we can send you a unit with a default IP address. We will email you software that will help you find the camera on your network and allow you to adjust the IP settings to make it accessible on your router.

Warranty: Please note that neither Palmetto Weather or the original manufacturer offer a warranty on this product at this time, but you may purchase a 3rd party warranty from SquareTrade. Firmware: The camera does support firmware upgrades, though we recommend you contacting us before upgrading to confirm a specific firmware is compatible. Damage from incompatible firmware upgrades would not be covered under any type of warranty. .

If you order large quantities of these cameras, it will require a special factory order which may delay the shipping process by a week or so. Please contact us directly to request large quantity orders!

Shipping/Delivery: Upon placing your order, we will email you (typically within one to two business days) to discuss pre-programming your camera and what may need to be done to make the camera work on your router. You may also send us an email palmettoweather@gmail.com inquiring about this before purchase. Once any/all programming requirements are satisfied, we will mail the camera Priority Mail for free (U.S. only).

International Shipping: If you are purchasing from another country other than the United States, there will be an additional shipping charge (Around $22.99 USD for most countries). This will be First Class International Mail, which will take several weeks to receive. Faster shipping methods may be available for an extra cost. International countries may charge a tax or customs fee. If they do, it is in addition to the price listed here and is your responsibility.

Power Adapter: If you want to purchase a 12v United States power adapter, you can add it to your order on the drop down menu (Note: This power supply is around 3ft long and NOT weatherproof. If installing the camera outdoors, you would need an extension cable so that this power supply could remain indoors/sheltered from the weather)
